5 advantages of an e commerce website

Due to there being no store there will be less upkeep cost since there will be no maintenance on the store since there isn't any

More people will shop online since its a lot easier , you pick something and buy it

Quicker to click a button than travel to a store where the item may not be available or its not to your liking.

Website is open 24/7 allows you to buy any time

Its automated so there will be less human error and will be a more reliable way to purchase items

5 disadvantages of an e commerce website

You don't know if the item is damaged or not , big waste of time if it is

Website being down means no income at all

Potentially website gets hacked and customers information goes public which will create lose of trust

Cant see if the item is damaged or not , less inclined to purchase it

Returns will waste a lot of your times if the item is wrongly damaged a lot.
