This is the definition of e commerce that I think it is without searching for its definition.

E commerce is a website where you transfer money for items. Transactions take place in there such as in amazon or eBay where you can sell or buy items.

This is the information that i took from strikingly 2022 on what the definition of e commerce is 

E commerce is a business in the form of a website where you either buy or sell items. Which basically is either online shopping website such as Amazon(strikingly 2022).

People were sceptical of e commerce website due to well known scams that just took your money so e commerce websites created return policies(strikingly 2022)
