 Analyse and compare two different FAQ pages

For Curry's there are only 3 frequently asked questions, update on their order , how to link a store and online account and lastly how to claim your cashback. There should be more frequently asked questions as it is unlikely that a huge company only gets mostly 3 questions asked.


Amazon has a lot more questions compared to Curry's it has a few more further down the FAQ page. They present the details of the answer straight away which in Curry's you need to press once.

The first 4 Amazons FAQ are : what amazon is?, what does the sales rank mean , how do i find sales information for my title and lastly How do i promote my titles at Amazon.

These questions are mostly technical and provide better experience for customers at Amazon, which Curry's failed to show with their basic questions.

My FAQ

My order updates,  this will show customers where their package is currently at, this will make them trust my company more as it will have proof that their package is actually coming to them.

How to make accounts , this will answer people questions on how to create an account if they are using a guest account and now want to become a member by creating their own account.

Payment methods, will show all the potential ways you can purchase from the website.

Discounts,all the discounts on the website  are genuine and they all show you when they expire so you need to be careful and buy within its time frame.
