 Advantages of Meta tags

  • Due to search engine optimisation your website will appear above the websites that don't use meta tags. If you have a keyword that the potential customer used , your website will appear. This is really good since you will have more visits to your website.

  • description of your website will make people want to click on your website it the same keyword is used.
  • title of your website will make people want to also click onto your website.


Disadvantages of Meta tags

  • Using too many meta tags will make search engine optimisation not favour your website over other websites with just a few correctly used meta tags.
  • The times used to create meta tags could of been allocated towards improving the website overall

  This is the template that I used before I changed it around to fit my ideal website. This is my website after I changed the template around. I used wix to get my template. After acquiring the template I removed the parts that I would not use. This included the newsletter , shop by categories  and brands. After this I had to change all of the pictures used to fit my website and since I chose a pc selling company , i replaced the images with pcs and pc parts. I then removed the heading unwanted pages. Then I went into the footer and using Wixs  available icons , there were social media platforms , so they were then added into the footer so they could be used by potential customers. I then added one more vector image  mentioning returns and i also changed one of the previous ones into a truck showing that we deliver all over Europe.
